The Foundation for the Preservation of the Seigniory of Sinoutskerke and Baarsdorp was established in 2021.The foundation manages the still existing manorial rights.
It's aim is to preserve unique Dutch cultural heritage for future generations and to make the available knowledge about the Lordship publicly available.
The lord or lady has the right to graze cattle (sheep) along all roads within the lordship.

The right to plant on other people's land.
The right to drift sheep on other people's land.
